Sandy Ramos, founder of The SongTuner, shared songwriting tips at March 15 Zoom meeting

We had a great turnout to our March 15 Zoom workshop featuring Sandy Ramos, founder of The Songtuner. During the workshop, she shared great advice about writing lyrics, and also provided helpful and constructive feedback to the submitted songs written by those on the call.

She also offered her booklet "Sandy's Rules for Songwriting: Lyrics" to everyone on the call. It was a great meeting!

More information about Sandy

After attending several Arizona Songwriters live events in the early 80s, and meeting some great people, including Nashville Hit Songwriter Peter McCann, Sandy was inspired enough to make the big move to Nashville!

She arrived in Music City in 1984. As a staff writer at Wrensong Publishing, she landed several Top 5 and Top 10 singles as well as cuts with Faith Hill, Kenny Rogers, Neal McCoy, Lee Greenwood and the Dixie Chicks, to name a few. Her songs have appeared on more than 25 million CDs worldwide.

Seeing a growing need for aspiring songwriters to have their songs heard by music industry pros in Nashville, Sandy established The SongTuner in 2014, enabling songwriters and up-and-coming artists to submit their songs and receive direct feedback from Industry publishers and producers! Through the SongTuner's "Pitch to Pro Pipeline," songwriters can have their songs heard by some of the top songpluggers in Nashville.
