ASU Popular Music offers Summer Camp for teens

The ASU Popular Music program is offering a summer camp for high school students, which gives teens, ages 14-18, an opportunity to discover the art of performance, songwriting, production, engineering and music entrepreneurship.

Guided by ASU faculty and staff, students have the opportunity to explore their various interests, develop their musicianship and prepare for studying music at the college level.

During the day, the students can write songs, compose and produce music on their instrument and/or computer, engineer and perform in the studio, collaborate with other students, perform on stage and get real-world advice from veteran songwriters, industry professionals, and up-and-coming artists.

At night, they will have a college experience by living in a dorm, going to programmed events and hanging with all the other students.

The summer program is June 11-17. Learn more here
