The 29th Annual Arizona Songwriters Gathering, presented by the Arizona Songwriters Association and hosted at the Glendale Main Library, is scheduled to take place 10 a.m. -5 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026.

The deadline to submit your form is Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025.
Once the schedule is full, or if applications are received after the deadline, performers will be placed on a standby list.
If you would like to offer your services as a volunteer or to secure a display table for your music-related business or organization at this event, please fill out the above form.
Expect an email by Jan. 5, 2026 with the performance schedule, to coordinate volunteer opportunities and/or to confirm display table reservations.
Gather with fellow songwriters and music enthusiasts to enjoy live music performances throughout the day across several stages, open song-sharing circles where participants can bring their voices and instruments, and song critique sessions to continue developing your body of work. Workshops and lectures presented by industry experts will cover a broad range of topics and food trucks will be on-site for attendees to purchase food and beverages.
The Arizona Commission on the Arts supports this event, funded by the State of Arizona and the National Endowment for the Arts, with support and sponsorship from Barnett Productions. The Glendale Main Library is located at 5959 W. Brown Road, Glendale.
